Hull Lighting Returns Policy

Please check your goods as soon as they arrive as any damages or missing items must be notified within 48 hours. If you decide to cancel and return the goods, you must let us know in writing by letter (we recommend proof of posting or recorded delivery), fax or email.

We have a strict time limit on returns of 14 working days after the day on which you received your goods. If you decide to cancel and return the goods within the time limit, your payment will be refunded within 30 days. The cost of returning goods back to Hull Lighting is at your own cost and will not be paid by Hull Lighting.

UK Returns

You must take care of goods supplied to you by Hull Lighting once they are in your possession.

We do not accept back specially ordered items or spare parts agreed with the customer as a "Special Order", which are non-returnable and non-refundable.

We do accept unused and unfitted boxed returns for exchange or refund within 14 days.

Faulty returns must be returned for inspection to Hull Lighting's correct postal address (see below). If found to have a manufacturing defect you will be offered a refund or exchange. If an exchange is required, outbound shipping charges will apply.

Returned goods must be adequately sealed in all the original packaging, including the outer. Please note that Royal Mail and most carriers may reject any package that is not adequately wrapped.

You will find all information regarding your purchase on the acknowledgement email sent to the email address you supplied when placing your online order.

If using an address label please attach it securely to the package and ensure you ask for a certificate of posting from the Post Office as proof you have sent the package. (The Post Office make no charge for these certificates)
